A Virtual Taste of Mindfulness – Denver Public Schools, December 3, 2020

This live, virtual workshop will introduce participants to a variety of mindfulness practices that help relieve stress and allow us to show up in more positive and productive ways with others.
We will offer practices that support attention resiliency, emotional self-regulation, and greater awareness and kindness.
Participants will also come away with greater clarity about what we mean when we talk about mindfulness.
This workshop will be conducted on Zoom. A link will be shared with all registered participants the day before the class.
