Taste of Mindfulness – Denver Public Schools, June 1, 2020

This experiential workshop will introduce a variety of mindfulness practices to relieve stress and show up in more positive and productive ways in interactions with others. We will focus attention practices that support resiliency, emotional self-regulation, and greater awareness and kindness. Participants will also come away with greater clarity about what the term mindfulness means.
We will be conducting these workshops on Zoom because it has more interactive options than other video platforms. A link will be shared with all registered participants the day before the class.
