SMART-2 is a 16-hour program delivered once a week for 6 weeks after school along with a six (6) hour Saturday retreat. Completion of SMART–1 is a pre-requisite for the course.
SMART-2 introduces new material and practices that go beyond what was offered in SMART – 1. The program involves experiential activities in mindfulness including: meditation, emotional awareness and movement. Weekly meetings also include presentations and group discussions.
Unlike SMART-1, this class DOES NOT offer Salary Credit to participants.
